Disney on Ice: "Princess Wishes"!

 

I booked the best seats as a reward for my baby sister due to the excellent results in her tests, as well as part of her upcoming Bday gift!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aint my princess totally adorable and doesn't she just further adorn the magnificently dreamy castle?

 

 

 

The star of our hearts:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And let this fantasy of all children begin:

 

The all time favorite cartoon characters: Minnie and Mickey, as the hosts!

 

 

 

 

First up; Aladin and his maiden, Jasmine!

On a magic carpet ride

A whole new world
A dazzling place I never knew
But when I'm way up here
It's crystal clear

And out trolled the cute seven little dwarves!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Of course the main leads for the fairy tale: "Snow white"

 

 

 

 

 

Skating out in queue was Beauty and the Beast!!!

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

This sweet little angel was just attentive throughout the show:

This little fishy that trails around her at all time is just SOOOOOO CUTEEEEE!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Two very fortunate kids were invited for a little tour around in this "boat"

For god knows what reason, Mulan's actually involved in this "Princess Wishes" Play.

Whoever wished to be Mulan when they were a kid?! You?

 

 

 

 

 

Back to the topic of Princesses.

That's right, here's sleeping beauty for you!

 

 

 

 

Her prince/knight killed the witch

(who evolved into the dragon as shown in the below image):

 

 

 

And revived her after a kiss!

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, my favorite and highlight of the entire musical concert:

 

Cinderella! Of course! Who else?!

But her gown really isn't as elegant as it should have been!

It reminds me of my childhood times,

when my parents brought both me and Winnie to Disney on ice too!

One difference between us,

Joey's able to appreciate the show way better than we did in the past. Damn.

JJ's Concert

 

 

JJ World Tour 2009; first station in SG!

 

 

 

 

 

I actually spent earth hour at JJ's concert.

As you can see, lots of electricty usage was involved still. Hahahaha.

You cant expect a concert without all the lightings and sound system right?

But we did actually had 1 minute of darkness as a significaton of the day! (:

 

 

 

 

JJ with his little babies that he's self created!

He asked: "Which 1 do you prefer?"

Then he said: "Actually, they all look the same!"

Lame or what. Haha

 

And these big mascots were such entertainers.

They kept bumping and hitting one another cause they are so well cushioned.

I doubt it might even hurt; should they roll off the stage.

 

 

 

 

Then came BY2 (originated from SG too), one of the invited guests to grace his concert.

This pair of talented twins took over the stage and rocked it off with their dance moves!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Impersonating Michael Jackson:

The classic "BEAT IT"!!!!

Once he's done with posing as the king of pop,

he went on to mimic Jacky Cheung!

Singing cantonese song for his HK fans.

 

 

 

 

 

And viola! A special appearance...

 

 

 

 

And it's 范瑋琪!!!!

Singing the song that justifies her relationship: 黑白配

 

 

 

 

JJ lost the game and had to give her a kiss! (Though the rule was suggested by himself)

 

They also sang my all time KTV must hit: 一個像夏天 一個像秋天!

 

 

 

 

Finally, a goodbye hug before she proceeds

with this fantastic song: 范范之輩

 

Me and Winnie prolly screamed the loudest for her!

 

 

 

 

 

Then out came the teacher that groomed JJ, if i didn't get it wrong.

Both donned in the shades of our national flag, coincidental or not.

 

He then leaded us along to sing a birthday song for the bday boy!

I forgot to mention, it's JJ's 28th birthday on this very day!

 

 

 

 

And the following is his birthday present from the director:

 

The entire "林" Family's performance! Cool or what?!

His mum's playing 琵琶, while the dad's instrument was 二胡.

Both JJ and the brother play the piano!

 

 

 

If only, I could bring upon such glory to my family as well.

 

 

 

 

As it was his birthday, he decided to give out presents to his fans.

They were hidden under the chairs but not beneath mine :(
